Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour starts or as agreed during confirmation.

Prices & Services

All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise. Tour prices include only the services mentioned in your confirmed itinerary. Any additional services, meals, or personal expenses are not included.

Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel a booking, please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying valid travel documents such as passports, visas, and permits. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your safety and convenience.

Liability

Rajasthan Pari Tours acts only as a facilitator for hotels, transport, and other service providers and is not responsible for delays, losses, injuries, or events beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

Guest Responsibility

Guests must follow local laws, rules, and customs during the tour. Any loss, damage, or misconduct caused by the guest will be their responsibility.
