Shekhawati is also known as an “open air art gallery” because of its beautiful architecture and rich heritage of fresco paintings. People are increasingly interested in Jaipur Mandawa sightseeing tours and traveling to India to experience this rich heritage region.

In Shekhawati, you can visit a lot of towns and wander around to see how beautiful this painted land is. Our Jaipur Mandawa One Day Trip takes you to many Shekhawati sites. Alsisar, Mandawa, Dundlod, Fatehpur, Ramgarh, Bissau, Mahansar, Khandela, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Khetri, Nawalgarh, Mukundgarh, Bagar, and Chirawa are the most popular attractions in the area. The Best Things to Do in Shekhawati

Mandawa Our Jaipur Mandawa tour’s most popular stop is Mandawa, a small town in the Shekhawati region’s center. In addition to its havelis, the location is renowned for its Fort Palace. The palace’s architecture bears witness to the region’s historical significance in terms of culture and society. The Chokhani, Ladia, Bansidhar Newatia, and Gulab Rai Ladia Havelis are the most significant of the havelis.

The curious paintings of another haveli, the Binsidhar Newatia Haveli, are well-known. A painting depicts a European woman in a car driven by a chauffeur and a boy holding a telephone. The Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli is well-known for its defaced erotica images.

In Nawalgarh: Thakur Nawal Singh built Nawalgarh’s fort in 1737, making it famous. While the Roop Niwas Palace is now a hotel, the Bala Quila has a kiosk with beautiful ceiling paintings. Anandi Lal Poddar Haveli, Aath Haveli, Hem Raj Kulwal Haveli, Bhagton Ki Haveli, and Khedwal Bhavan are among the important havelis in Nawalgarh, as are those in Mandawa.

Fatehpur Fatehpur was founded in 1451 as the capital of the Muslim Nawabs. In the 18th century, the Rajputs of the Shekhawati region took it over. The principal attractions here are the Mahavir Prasad Goenka Haveli, the Gauri Shankar Haveli, the Nand Lal Devra Haveli, the Harikrishnan Das Saraogi Haveli, and a seventeenth century baoli or step-well.

Jhunjhunu says: The largest city in the Shekhawati region is the same name as the district headquarters. The place was established in the 15th century by the Kayamkhani Nawabs, and Rajput ruler Sardul Singh took control of it in 1730. The Khetri Mahal, the Bihariji Temple, the Modi Haveli, and the Kaniram Narsingh Das Tibrewala Haveli are the city’s main attractions.
