Cancellation & Refund Policy – Rajasthan Pari Tours

At Rajasthan Pari Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Below is our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making any booking.

1. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from the same email address used to make the booking. A cancellation is only effective once you receive a written cancellation confirmation from us.

2. Refund Terms

Refunds are processed based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date:

Cancellation Period	Refund / Charges
61 days or more before departure	Full refund (after deducting transaction fees and non-refundable service costs).
Between 31 and 60 days before departure	75% of the total package cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
30 days or less before departure	No refund will be issued and the full package cost will be forfeited.

3. After Trip Commencement

Once your trip has started, no refund will be provided for any unused services (such as hotels, sightseeing, transport, meals, etc.), regardless of the reason for early departure or missed services.

4. Changes to Tour Dates

If you fail to join your tour on the confirmed start date, arrive late, or request a change in departure date (including for group bookings), no refund will be given.

5. Personalized Tours

For customized or personalized tour packages, any changes or updates will be communicated to you via email about any impact on pricing or refunds.

6. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after cancellation confirmation, depending on the original payment method and bank processing times.
